Parts of northern Manitoba doused with ‘much-needed' rain
Parts of northern Manitoba were doused with 'much-needed' rain on Wednesday.
In a preliminary weather summary released Thursday, Environment and Climate Change Canada said northern parts of the province received rain amounts between 18.2 mm all the way up to 84.7 mm.
'A large low pressure system gave much-needed rains to northern Manitoba,' the weather summary reads.
The rain started Wednesday morning and cleared by Friday morning.
